"We started with pulled pork nachos to share, as they were wonderfully tasty on our previous visit. This time, however, the cheese was completely unmelted and the pulled pork was served cold. I brought this to the attention of the waitress who cleared our plates; she apologized and assured me she would inform the chef.
When our main courses arrived, I had ordered a chili dog, which came in a large baguette but contained a rather thin hot dog sausage that seemed like it might have been from a can, topped with a flavorless cold chili and, once again, unmelted cheese. The only thing that was hot were the fries. My partner ordered the full rack of ribs, which were only moderately warm, though his fries were hot. It seemed like the chef on duty that night either struggled with the grill or couldn't handle the pressure of working in a restaurant kitchen.
We did receive a 10% discount on our bill, but that hardly made up for our disappointment, especially since we were expecting a hot meal.
