"After about 10 minutes, we were seated. While our drink and food orders were taken fairly quickly, our starter took an unusually long time to arrive, especially considering that other tables, who were seated after us, received their appetizers before we did. When our main courses were finally served, I realized I had no cutlery! I attempted to flag down a staff member to ask for some, but after receiving no response, I had to borrow some from the table across from us.
When we finished our main courses, we asked for the bill. Unfortunately, when the waitress brought it to us, a glass of wine accidentally spilled all over me, shattering and scattering pieces everywhere. Once again, we struggled to get anyone’s attention for help.
Overall, we were very disappointed with the service that night. While the food was quite good, our experience left us feeling reluctant to return anytime soon, despite having enjoyed dining at the Merry Hill Frankie & Benny's in the past."
