Well, my experience is nil since I haven't even been able to make a reservation, zero customer service, three rings and an answering machine that doesn't pay attention to you, larger towers have fallen.

The Motas brothers with the boss father at the head are excellent, great people and great professionals. Every year we go and the quality and service is unsurpassed. Luis el Puyi served us, a magician and Ismael, a star. Thank you for as much pleasure as always. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

It's a shame about the service they provide to make a reservation, we called about 10 times and they never picked us up at the restaurant. Afterwards we called the hotel to see if they could put us through the restaurant but the lady at the reception never got us through to the restaurant... always putting us off. We really wanted to go, but it seems that you owe them something before entering....

It won't let me give a 0 even though it is deserved. All week trying to contact them and they just hang up the phone. After years and years of going, they deserve not to try again. (I just read a review with the same problem and that they are full until the 15th, so pick up the phone and tell them, you don't know when you want to reserve) Fame is not everything. Terrible customer service, they should take better care of them since that's what you live off of.

We used to go every year, the 5 inseparable friends, and we were always super happy in every way, exquisite treatment, unbeatable food and what can we say about the location, since one of us was missing, I hadn't gone for 3 years, but I have returned with my family and the experience could not have been better, it has transported me to those days and above all to see that they have not only maintained the quality, but they have increased it in every way, just to say that Congratulations great team!!!! We will return next year God willing.

Product quality very good as in the whole area. Exquisite scampi romanitas and spectacular loin shank, for me the most surprising. Tuna without much preparation, so you can taste its quality (Gadira) in any other restaurant in the area for 30% cheaper. Baked urta with excellent EVOO, yes at €150/kg. Friendly table service, but excessive attention times, when you pay so much you expect much more. The negative for me is that it is set up as a restaurant for friends, both the order of attention and getting a table depends on how well known/friend you are of someone from the management.
