"an interesting place with a different kitchen, of quality and well elaborated. in that aspect nothing to object to, but for a restaurant that aspires to get a star michelin, you must take care of other details in which I think they lacked shooting. When you pay for a menu of €, it is not only required that the raw material be of the highest quality and made at the highest level, without mistakes, and that part I think is more or less achieved. but that part should be accompanied by other details such as being comfortable in the local, that the noise of the same will allow you to keep a conversation without having to raise your voice, that the service is professional and sufficient and some more details like the management of reservations. I understand that they are beginning, that they have a lot of future and that it has a huge merit to have reached this level that very few arrive, but surely with the shooting they will be polishing those deficiencies that, in my understanding, still has this future michelin star."
