"I’m really curious to understand how this little wonder is only 4.5/5 stars, but it really deserves a 6th! From the outset, a warm reception of a charming young man who quickly informed us of the important options of the menu, and who, in view of our real desire to devour everything, returned to us with a proposal from the chef who was much more reasonable than our original request. Then, the chef who, precisely, changed his tasting menu just for us, to include their cassoulet (which would not otherwise be there), and of course, a special mention to diana who will have assured an impeccable service throughout a wonderful evening, punctuated with his overturning humor. And then the meal! delicious, from beginning to end. the tasting menu is to be composed tonight, by chance, of all the dishes we wanted most to try the added cassoulet for us). the crust paste that absolutely deserves its 2015 award, the salmon tartar and herring incredibly harmonious, each flavor complementing perfection. the portions are incredibly generous, both for wine and for food, because after the 3rd of 6 services, we were seriously wondering if we could see the end of it! In the end, we were so delighted with all these discoveries, that we wanted to stretch out the evening, and our stomach, a little more, and so taste some extra desserts. and fortunately, for the thousand-feuille was completely amazing, and by far the best we ate in our life! a wonderful memory that we bring back to the canada, and certainly keep in mind for our next visit to betting!"

Visited with a large group of friends and the staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. All of the food was amazing and I wish my stomach had enough room to try the entire menu. Would go again endlessly.
