"As a disclaimer we ate in this restaurant last summer. We had just arrived in Rome late without a reservation or a plan. We were seated immediately by the warm friendly staff. We were hungry and ordered a bunch of dishes. I am sure could have been judged for over ordering but we did not care an nor did they. I had the carbonara. If you close your eyes and imagine what an excellent carbonara should taste and look like this was it it was perfect. My one regret is I forgot to take a photo. Fortunately my daughter got one."

Had the carbonara and my friends got the amatriciana, they claimed their dishes tasted like cow manure. Carbonara was mid but not cow **** quality.

Untrained service staff, who couldn 't remember our order for 3 people with multiple repetitions. The sliced beef was a poor cut of beef that was badly cooked.
