Bioesserì offers high quality dishes, which you can accompany with wines, craft beers but, if you want, even with centrifuges. the room is elegant and it is possible to sit at the tables but also in comfortable sofas. is a welcoming and modern environment where the warm shades of wood prevail. the service was impeccable, being the professional and kind staff.

Spent 4 days in Palermo and can honestly say this is the best evening meal we had. There is a great choice of food and other guests’ food looked good also. We opted for Carpaccio to start was melt in the mouth. Pulled beef ravioli and parmigiana were delicious. The food is so fresh and well presented. The staff are helpful and the atmosphere spot on and great value for money. Lovely last night experience. Only downside is we found it on our last night otherwise we would have returned but it’s just a bit far for a night out from Scotland!! Speisekarte ansehen
