yesterday at lunch at the bistro we ate as appetizer a moose of pumpkin, with pearls of and pieces of cod a fried of sublime and an ear bun of delicious elephant, it is hard to finish it, it is really big. Good dessert. To do it again.

the waitress brought us the bottle of wrong wine (classical valpolicella instead of a repasso,) which was among other things at room temperature where the classic must be served between 18 and 20 °. we ask for the change, we are told after 5' wait (in the meantime we were already eating) that the wine is not available. we opt to resume the bottle already open, but we do precisely on the temperature; they put it in the fridge and after another 5' (finished first course) they report it, apologize because today there is no one who takes care of the wine from my point of view, there is no excuse that they keep, in a restaurant like that.
