"Wow! They made us wait ... we hadn't booked and it was packed. When we we allocated a seat we could see why. El Taller has amazing staff and excellent chefs. Master Chef on steroids! Each plate was beautifully presented with a range typical of...French restaurants, but this was first class. Staff were exceptional and catered for all our needs with great efficiency. "from crossing to sahorre, we wanted to test this restaurant with elogy critics. We hesitated between 3 or 4 stars, because we lived with my wife a contrasting experience in this establishment. But in a food objectivity, I put 4. kitchen: it is true, it is very good. The dishes are rich and tasteful. Bravo! 5/5. reception and service: too, hat! being alone in the furnaces and in the room force admiration because the delays are reasonable and the goodness present despite everything. 5/5 then why not 5 stars? ambience: 1/5 because unfortunately, what could have been a quiet evening in mind in a peaceful environment (nine the descriptive comment) became a waste. The restaurant room is small enough. "We have come to Villefranche-de-Conflent to see the caves and we have taken advantage to eat here. the very friendly staff and the small but cozy place. the letter is written by hand and completely in French, so it costs to understand and gives rise to confusion. the 4 we asked for things from the letter thinking they were all crepes (the title of the letter was crepes), but to our surprise they only brought a salted crepe, the other 3 were salads with small pieces of crepes. a disappointment. But the truth was all rich. dessert we order 2 sweet creps to share 2 to 2, one of great sailors and one of candy with salt butter, very rich both."
