"what a disappointment, never again. well booked in advance for a Saturday evening meal for three and was very excited about it. was in zaza both in bushey and in pinner and had nothing but good experiences, so thought it would be nice. to have a change of landscape in ruislip. how wrong I was. it was shown our table that was right next to the door and in the middle of the entrance, right where someone went to the restaurant that waited for her table, would float and not a suitable room to enjoy a quiet family dinner. I understand that the last years were challenging for restaurants, but even if they want to add some extra seats in less than ideal places, they should at least warn their patrons before they book them. When I asked if we could be moved, I was asked what was wrong with the table and when I pointed out that the unpleasant edification was welcomed by apathie. I asked if we could be changed to one of the many other empty tables in the venue and said that they were all booked, but that we could wait to see if someone was gone I had booked our table week to be clearly offered the worst place in the house and then essentially treated like an inconvenient walkable to ask left an extremely acid taste. I found the personal I spoke to be cold and quite rude. feeling frustrated and unintentional, we decided to take our business elsewhere and received a warm greeting and a beautiful meal on the road on the mamma pink."

Plus points were good service and like the decor. Food was average and would have liked more meat in my burger, it was nonexistent! Desserts very good

We had a pleasant meal there earlier this week. Although our waiter was excellent it was apparent that the restaurant was operating on minimum staff which meant quite a wait to be served. Food was good

Lovely ambience. Car parking an added facility. Attentive staff. Started very peacefully but was quite noisy as the afternoon progressed wine??? Food good although a bit pricey. Definitely a good place for meeting up with friends Speisekarte ansehen

we met some friends for dinner in zaza ruislip. eating was excellent quality and the service was efficient and friendly. the atmosphere in the restaurant was very pleasant. I have no complaints at all. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

zaza served lunch until we arrived to think that we are too late, they accepted our lunch order. good choice for vegetarians. the starters were great help, like the main meal. we brought left remnants nicely packed as we didn't expect to pay so big...helps we parked opposite in st martins car park and show so no pressure on the parking lot to drive high st to top. will go back again, there was also an upper level where large groups or business meetings can be held. behind the restaurant is st martins church, a precisely listed building, they have afternoon events, so they can skip to buy a house made cake or crafts if there is something.
