"what a disappointment, never again. well booked in advance for a Saturday evening meal for three and was very excited about it. was in zaza both in bushey and in pinner and had nothing but good experiences, so thought it would be nice. to have a change of landscape in ruislip. how wrong I was. it was shown our table that was right next to the door and in the middle of the entrance, right where someone went to the restaurant that waited for her table, would float and not a suitable room to enjoy a quiet family dinner. I understand that the last years were challenging for restaurants, but even if they want to add some extra seats in less than ideal places, they should at least warn their patrons before they book them. When I asked if we could be moved, I was asked what was wrong with the table and when I pointed out that the unpleasant edification was welcomed by apathie. I asked if we could be changed to one of the many other empty tables in the venue and said that they were all booked, but that we could wait to see if someone was gone I had booked our table week to be clearly offered the worst place in the house and then essentially treated like an inconvenient walkable to ask left an extremely acid taste. I found the personal I spoke to be cold and quite rude. feeling frustrated and unintentional, we decided to take our business elsewhere and received a warm greeting and a beautiful meal on the road on the mamma pink."

we met some friends for dinner in zaza ruislip. eating was excellent quality and the service was efficient and friendly. the atmosphere in the restaurant was very pleasant. I have no complaints at all. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

The staff were extremely rude. No check backs. Portion sizes have shrunk, the top of the creme brûlée was only half cooked. Lost something in the restaurant , I had it when entering and not when I left, The staff refused to help me look...for it and we’re very rude to when I called to ask if they had seen it and called me a liar. Will never return to this zazas in Ruislip again.

We had an early family Christmas get together and decided on a takeaway. So pleased we chose Zaza! A meal for so quite a complicated and large order but we got all the right food and it was all excellent! Really efficient and friendly...service, the food was absolutely lovely, including a perfectly cooked steak and sea bass. We have so often been let down by great restaurants who can’t get the takeaway thing right, so were really chuffed with our choice. Thank you Zaza, we will be back! Clare B

zaza served lunch until we arrived to think that we are too late, they accepted our lunch order. good choice for vegetarians. the starters were great help, like the main meal. we brought left remnants nicely packed as we didn't expect to pay so big...helps we parked opposite in st martins car park and show so no pressure on the parking lot to drive high st to top. will go back again, there was also an upper level where large groups or business meetings can be held. behind the restaurant is st martins church, a precisely listed building, they have afternoon events, so they can skip to buy a house made cake or crafts if there is something.
