A lady last year working there was very rude to tourists who don't speak Italian well. Yelled at me in front of everyone in the square for getting the order wrong and caused all of us to get upset. Very unprofessional.

We ate well, my boyfriend's macaroni with pheasant ragout was very tasty, my soup with legumes wasn't special but still good. Nice and nice environment. It happened by chance with my son we were greeted with familiarity and professionalism. Aurora and Simone pampered us with their Apulian perfume dishes. Nice place in the square in the historic center of Spoleto. Service a little slow, menu with few dishes (surprised seconds). Pasta with excellent truffle and gnocchi in the norm. Excellent lunch with friends, table for eight with a child. Very kind and willing to adapt the dish to the needs of the little one. Nice and friendly staff. Varied and very good dishes, we all took different foods and they were all appreciated. A plus is the toast offered by the owner to celebrate the new year. In the market square of Spoleto, the center of nightlife, a former Roman forum, a stone's throw from the stupendous cathedral, there is the Cava bistrot tavern. We ate reasonably well and the price wasn't exorbitant (19 euros per person for a generous first course and a dessert the typical Spoleto dessert). It's a shame that the service was terrible: we asked to eat at the tables on the square also to be able to enjoy the enchanting view, but as there was a lot of sun (1pm on a very hot day) we kindly asked if it was possible to open the umbrellas....
