Chateau maintained and quiet, xxl parking, professional and friendly staff, quality breakfast. Too bad our room on the third floor had an unpleasant smell. Overall, cleaning could be strengthened for a luxury hotel. We booked a table at the Restaurant at 9:00. One hour for the first dish! Rooms: 2 Service: 4 Location: 4

We stopped at this establishment only to spend a night because we went to the South of France. Hotel correct for a short stop. We did not have breakfast. The staff at the reception was kind. The room deserves to be refreshed, not very comfortable bedding and products available in the limited sdb. Parking with electric charger available for free.

We did not go to the hotel or the beautiful air setting but to the restaurant. Very disappointed. The pork (not cooked.)limite saignant Vegetables limit cooked no flavors well damage for a menu to 48 euros more octopus but of the lotte not cooked enough either.it is not worth them at all. Put a little taste on your plates. Staff at the top, though. A musical background would have been good to give a little heat to the restaurant.

Un cadre très agréable. Nous avions une junior suite dans une dépendance du château. Très bien pour être tranquille ... et idéalement situé entre de Dijon et Beaune (Les deux villes à env. 30 Minutes en voiture). L 'aménagement extérieur (chaise longue, table chaises) est de qualité mais un peu rudimentaire pour ce prix. Rooms: Grande chambre (junior suite) tranquille. La douche ne fonctionnant cependant pas correctement (les jets bouchés par le calcaire).

Nous venons de passer 3 jours ressourçants. L’accueil est à la hauteur, de ce bâtiment historique. Merci Tony pour toutes les explications sur la démarche d’éco-responsabilité de ce domaine. Nous avons appréciés les bons produits du petit déjeuner et les attentions du personnel. Merci à Jahde et Candice du restaurant 2 Rivières, d’avoir partagé notre humour mardi soir. Les plats étaient de qualité avec de bonnes proportions. Les desserts étaient un régal !!! Merci à toute l’équipe de l’hôtel, comme du restaurant !

EXCEPTIONAL! We organized a seminar on the estate for the ready-to-wear company DEVRED 1902. We were more than 60 people and we were all happy to spend 2 days at Chateau de Saulon. The setting is splendid and the prestations proposed by the castle are at the height of the staff. We especially wanted to thank Vanessa DUPONT who took care of everything from the beginning to the end for our seminar. Beyond a very professional, invested and reactive person, there is also a whole team that we wanted to thank and which clearly contributed to the success of this event.
