"A fun place to eat with a good variety of dishes. The server was knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. The place is pretty small. The dishes are indeed small . I find it hard to review as the food was good, but I felt the price was too high for the amount of food. When comparing the amount of food provided to the price it has to compete with some of the most expensive restaurants. The quality is good, but I am not sure if it is quite at the level of £100 pp restaurants which it would cost for me personally to leave feeling full and with a couple of glasses of wine and tip. The sweet spot for this place is for parties of 1 or 2 as it allows the variety that normally you need a larger party for at other restaurants. And for a special dinner for 2 I think it is an excellent choice. Similarly for those with a smaller appetite I think it would be great for larger parties. However for a party of 4 or more, with people who have a way above average appetite (like myself the kind of people who order steaks over 500g at a steakhouse for themselves) I feel you are outside this sweet spot and would be better somewhere you can share larger dishes. I also feel for the amount you can spend on food here there should be a few better wine options, even if only by the bottle as the quality of the wine was way below the quality of the food. In summary, a great place for most people (the 90% of people with a more normal size appetite) but not the sweet spot for me personally."

Really great hidden small restaurant. We arrived in the middle of the week so it was not too busy but it is recommended to make reservation for the weekend. Food is served in tapas and there is a verity of choices.

Amazing food, very tasty and clean, music is lovely nice and low on a good speaker. Owner was extremely pleasant and polite. This was the best Chinese we had so far table of 4 . We would definitely recommend it and come back !

Love this place! This is a great gem found by chance in west London. It’s got the best salty egg yolk prawns and Taiwanese braised pork rice I’ve had in London. I was well impressed by the dishes. I would definitely come back.

Chojo is an absolutely splendid restaurant, greeted by a very friendly waiter and taken through the menu. Food was brilliant and well sized portions. The Taiwanese Pork is a must to order, as well as the Sea Bass. Great atmosphere in a small, cute corner of Notting Hill. Couldn't recommend it any more, must visit :

Truly special one of those rare restaurants that teleports you a million miles from the sidewalk outside. Better yet, the food and drink are exceptional and weave gracefully between the traditional and innovative. The host is genuine, talented, and cares about the quality of your entire experience while you are in his company. What few flaws it has are also its charms a gem.

A real hidden gem. I don't usually write reviews but they had the sweetest little restaurant. Every single item was done delicately and purposefully and they had the best service, really sweet. I felt really welcome and happy and food was one of the best oriental foods I've had in London, with simple presentation to help focus on the flavour. And to top it off they surprised my gf with special dessert for her bday. Love it!

Superb authentic southern Chinese/Taiwanese restaurant in Notting Hill which serves delicious small plates varying from delicious pork and kimchi dumplings and absolutely moreish stir fried beef noodles as well as a very creative list of tasty cocktails. Everything from the cosy yet authentic Chinese style décor to the super friendly service and delicious food makes your experience here very special and memorable. Highly recommended my date and I will definitely be coming back soon! 10/10
