Excellent experience, a person very able to recommend dishes and especially wines (cantina to be scary at the best star restaurants) owners as well as Chefs are simple people but of a very high culinary knowledge. Recommended and especially to try the experience Water and a dip in the artisan bakery (a small production in the Christmas period but with an explosive and innovative taste, compliments to Barbara).
