If you are visiting Salento don't miss to spend a dinner time in this classy restaurant with revisited dishes of local tradition. Book a table in the internal orange tree garden and spend a very good evening. Recommended !!

This was quite a find in the sleepy village of Castro. A few minutes walk from the central square definitely made worthwhile by the food. The seafood antipasti looked great and the calamari were beautifully cooked. Lovely setting in the garden made for a delicious lunch

My husband and I just had dinner at De Amadeo and the experience was poor. The restaurant is nice and has a good varanda. However, since the beginning we didn’t feel very welcome because we didn’t speak Italian. The restaurant was empty (most 10 tables occupied of more than 50).
