High level! starry sushi, cured and abundant dishes, qualitatively superior raw materials, excellent value for money. to try absolutely the tartare of mixed fish and uramaki astice flambé and the mochi to the mango.

Actually one of my favorite sushi bars in the world! I'm a sushi nut and have been to places in San Francisco, London, New York- this is one of my top 3 favorites in the world. The sushi is prepared with an intense passion for...art and is absolutely delicious.

small room, easy to reach, as soon as you enter you breathe a cozy and youthful atmosphere, the few covers allow the staff to provide a celery service and always impeccable. the sushi preparation counter allows you to appreciate the chef's skills. on sushi little to say why it is all space. fresh fish, tasty and balanced recipes. I went with my friend Gianluigi Aquilini on Monday night June 19th. I was impressed by the quality of the food and the overall service and care. The miso soup was amazing, then we had a mix of sushi and sashimi...delicious together with the sesame...dressing from Castello Monte Vibiano! Don't forget to order edamame beans to start with! I will definitely go back again soon!

small sushi restaurant in foligno. friendly and very kind staff, immediately affects the care completely, just think that put on the table 2 kinds of soy sauce, classic and that with little salt. ingredients and preparations are impeccable, and also the presentation of the dishes and their explanation is very careful. prices that count the level of the dishes are reasonable. between the courses ordered my favorite were the spicy salmon you see in the photo. very nice and goose even those with pop horns is definitely a place to try

Get a reservation, this place is worth it. The waitress is kind, helpful and downright adorable, the chef is also very friendly, exceptionally skilled, and has quite a few creative tricks up his sleeve. They serve a variety of japanese drinks, but trust me, you'll...also love to pair some of their dishes with world-class wine from Umbria. Now, let's talk about the food: I really like their rice. It's perfectly cooked, shiny, and is a delight in simple dishes like a tuna chirashi (great serving size there, by the way). Fish quality is way above average, they clearly take care to serve fresh ingredients. Makis are well shaped and don't break apart, from the smallest to the more abundant ones....
