"Stopped by around 8pm and it took over 20 minutes before I got a whiff of being served after placing a take out order. The only reason I was given my sandwich was because I complained it had been twenty minutes and he makes the falafel in 30 seconds. That begs the question, why not do it this fast or even half the speed and not make people wait. The manger/owner? Questioned the veracity of it having been 20 minutes but in reality it had been longer. A. Squeaky wheel gets the grease so always speak up and B. Don't question the customer like that. Never will go back in large part because the sandwich was 3/10 and the service took so ridiculously long."

The seasoning and sauce was a bit surprising and not what I'm accustomed to in a Falafel wrap. The shawarma wasn't quite as bad.

For seven years my family and I have enjoyed the kindness, hospitality and delicious food at Falafel. Simply the best place to grab a quick and satisfying meal in Antibes!

Bit fed up of french food, we stumbled across this place. Left it up to the chef to make us a kebab, it was great, but we were still hungry so he knocked us up another to share, which he though we would enjoy- we sure did!

We are not picky when it comes to food but watching the "chef" touching money, wiping his hands on his nasty apron, smoking a cigarette, talking on the phone and making our food with no gloves or a sink around to justify...priceless. Speisekarte ansehen

There are not a lot of places in Antibes where to eat Falafels. This one is in the old town center. Food is good and made on the spot. Service is really nice and accommodating (we wrongly ordered one dish and then realised it was wrong... they simply changed it with a smile).

The falafel was crisp, but I felt the portion was really small for 5 Euros (at L'As du Falafel in Paris, you get a massive portion for 6 Euros...this felt like a hot pocket in comparison) and didn't contain enough salad. But, it was a great cheap alternative to the many high priced options in Antibes.

It is a simple good falafel. Everytime I travel from Germany to France I realize that there are so few falafel places. So I tried out this one, I was satisfied. It is not dry, but just a litte too less filled with salad. You should order an extra with aubergine, if you are very hungry.I also had "fatayer" (chausson au épinard/spinaach dumpling) wich was good. The baclava tastet different then the ones I know. I guess it is because they use much more butter. Well, that is just very french.. It was good too.

I went to this restaurant with my sister and brother-in-law. We ordered some sandwiches and drinks. My sister and her husband paid the check and went for half an hour to get some papers and left me there waiting for them. They didn't eat their sandwiches because they were late. And left them on the table to eat them when they come back. The person in charge was so mean and rude. He asked me to leave complaining that I've been sitting there for so long. Although the other tables were empty. As for his food, the falafel was really dry and the potatoes were fried with old oil. Bad food and bad service. Would never recommend it.

"In this location, surrounded as it is with large restaurants spilling out onto the pavement with their me-too menus of les pizzas and pâtes and overly familiar sounding meals, it is most unexpected to find a bespoke and personal restaurant offering a fine selection of dishes cooked with care. The menu, described appropriately as the 'carte du moment' presents a mercifully small number of seasonal and therefore changing entrées, plats and desserts. However, it is still hard to choose. Each one is enticing, interesting and original with the promise of flavours, combinations of ingredients and textures, without tricks and unnecessary embellishment. For a large number, a selection of all the entrées as share dishes makes a lot of sense. Everyone gets a taste of something and the difficulty of having to choose is avoided. For the plats, a single selection is best with pork, duck, tuna and salmon along with risotto as options on the night we were there. A fine burger also available is perhaps a concession to the location and, actually, a very fine dish. Four desserts are offered with each one tempting and beautifully prepared. Another selection for the table is highly recommended. The wine list is adequate and the ambiance works for lone dining as well as for a larger and more raucous group. The service is smiling and efficient as well as courteous. This is a place to make a favourite. The risk to this reviewer is that it will become deservedly highly popular and impossible for last minute bookings."
