Fern Cottage - Speisekarte

Nice atmosphere with friendly staff and great food. Overall we had a great experience. Really nice menu with a mixture of Scottish and Mediterranean cuisine.

We had the Fern recommended to us by a family friend. We were not disappointed. The entire dining experience was of a very high quality . The service just could not be better.

This restaurant is excellent! The food was so good that I only remembered to take a photo after finishing my plate. The chicken kebab and my husband's steak were fantastic. I highly recommend you visit this place. We all left with empty plates and fully satisfied.

This restaurant in Pitlochry is cozy, charming, and delicious. We enjoyed goat cheese bon bons, salmon, and venison sticky toffee pudding, all of which were amazing. The service was wonderful and we never felt rushed. The wine selection was excellent. It was a lovely spot to dine after a rainy day of hiking.

We booked in to this restaurant for dinner last week. We had a Greek dish and it was lovely but, this restaurant somehow didn't cut it for us. The staff were okay but, a bit dour, the lighting was neither bright and welcoming, nor subdued and romantic! It was just dull. Strange experience, never experienced anything like that before! We choose this restaurant for our anniversary meal. Can’t complain about the food but we found the restaurant to be rather old fashioned. (What are the aprons the staff are made to wear?? . Also the glass of wine served was very poor, described as Sauvignon Blanc, it was very poor quality. Surprisingly for a restaurant who is supposed to be so good. Not sure we would return.

We had been recommended this restaurant by our son and also the Guest House owner. WOW! Do you know the feeling that you get when you have quality food, good value, excellent but unpretentious service in a pleasant environment? I have one constructive suggestion to the owners….pop a slice of bread with the scallop and black pudding starter as the juices are just too good to leave and I wasn’t allowed to lick the plate!

Really good quality food, when you ask for the wine menu also ask for ones that aren't on there sometimes have specials that they don't have on the list, it's well worth an ask, What a lovely starters main course and my favourite to finish with “cheese and biscuits” from locally sourced produce I can't fault the meal at all and excellently well prepared the only thing is make sure you take your wallet with you because it's not a cheap place in any way whatsoever and close to overpriced in comparison to quality and prices locally Speisekarte ansehen
