"from a possible catastrophe to a perfect night. we came and set ourselves 3 grown-up 2 little children. we ordered drinks etc. the children were put down. then we ordered food and said they had no diligence. so our favorite baskets and pizzas were out of the question. such a scandal. beautiful katie was sympathetic and so nice to my children. we were offered a few on the house weeping and a 'extra special' dessert for my children for after. we were made to feel very special and it turned into such a beautiful night! thank you, catie and john. beautiful love to detail and customer service! beautiful eating as always! thanks, youngs. x"

Visit this place sometimes with non-vegan family. Really like the range of starter and network options. The cheese used for garlic bread and frits is really good and is melted properly!

I sometimes dine at this restaurant with my non-vegan family. I love the wide selection of appetizers and main dishes they offer. The cheese on the garlic bread and fries is absolutely delicious and perfectly melted!

Me and my partner went for food Wednesday and we were amazed by how friendly and welcoming the staff were to us! We got seated straight away and our waitress was so polite and cooperative when we were ordering food and drinks. The food service was prompt and was delicious! My partner had the steak and it was perfectly cooked as he asked. Highly recommend this place for food and Thankyou again to our server for doing an amazing job!

Despite making a reservation, our table was not ready when we arrived at the restaurant, causing us to wait longer than expected. Once seated, we found the table to be dirty and in a less appealing section of the restaurant. Leftover decorations from a previous children's party were also left out during our entire 2-hour visit. Additionally, the service was extremely slow between our appetizers and main courses. Overall, the experience was disappointing and felt like a complete waste of £105.
