"servers are nice though a little overbooked. For the kitchen, in the entrance, I took the pears pie, carrot velvety and beet houmous, it's interesting to have dishes in which more is, all delicious! for the dish, I chose the calf, crumble of turnips and crushed potatoes and panais. there still dishes in and all very good. Finally, as a dessert, I opted for the classic but excellent milk chocolate marrow. Overall, it was very varied and good."
