Hoya's Cantonese - Speisekarte

Probably the worst Chinese food I ever had. No taste and well overpriced. The manager was very rude aswell. She kicked out a family for having children just because she said they were making too much noise

Both the food and service is wonderful can’t rate highly enough already booked another visit. We had option C on the set menu . There was plenty of food . The starters were awesome but the mains were out of this world .

I came to this restaurant for dinner and was disappointed to see a family being asked to leave because their children were making noise. I had planned to bring my own family next time, but after witnessing this incident, I will not be returning to this restaurant. Speisekarte ansehen

I came to this restaurant with the hope of having a pleasant evening meal. However, I was appalled to witness a woman forcibly removing two young toddlers for being too noisy. I have never been so shocked and disgusted in my life. If children are not welcome in the restaurant, it should be specified as adults-only. Additionally, to add to my disappointment, my chicken was undercooked. I will not be returning to this establishment.

I was absolutely appalled by the behavior of a disrespectful individual at this restaurant. The waitress was elegant and handled herself very well, looking out for all customers, even amidst the chaos caused by the rude individual with his children running wild. The food was delicious and the service was excellent, as always. I highly recommend this restaurant, which is always busy on weekends. The person causing disturbances would be better off at the nearby Planet Play. Keep it classy, Hoyas.

Stay clear I was very dissatisfied when I was firstly ordering . The rudeness of the waitress or manager . The reason was I took too long in making my mind up . I went there for good food but didn’t want to be treated in this way . Very bad service . I was near to tears so needless to say I did t enjoy the food she spoilt this for me with her attitude . I come here with my family. My wife, my 2 year old som and 1 year old daughter. We asked to sit on the right side of the restaurant where nobody was as children can be loud. She refused and said we must sit on the other side. 5 minutes later she come and said that we must leave as the other customers won’t want noisy children near them. I was appalled. That is the first time we have ever been asked to leave because of children. The manager who is a around 50/60 years old was miserable as anything. She did not even apologise or try in anyway to subtle down kicking us out because of our children. My son and daughter were hungry and it is not on

I came here as I seen the ratings and thought I’d like to give it a try . It was just terrible . The food is very expensive for what it is I don’t think it’s worth it at all , the manager was very rude from the start which is very off putting . No consideration for her customers at all she was always stuck at the back talking to a group of people who must be regulars ignoring the other people around her . She was a miserable woman and just being in her presence made you feel uncomfortable . I don’t advise anybody to come here not only is the food not up to standards for what you pay but you get horrible treatment with the way the manager speaks to you . It was just an awful experience! We arrived here and asked if we could be sat on the other side of the restaurant incase our 2 children aged 1 and 2) started to become noisy, the woman said no as that side was closed. We sat down and was looking through the menu for around 5-10 minutes. My partner just went outside to use the phone and I was approached by the rude woman . She said you will have to leave as the customers will not have the children being noisy and if we wanted food we will have to order to take away . She was not polite about it what so ever and came across extremely rude . She took the menus off of our table and said we couldn’t stay there . We are very disgusted by this trea...
