KFC - Speisekarte

We visited this restaurant during our family trip to Windsor Castle. Despite seeing some negative reviews, we found it to be perfect. We had no issues at all.

The chicken was soggy and old. I think it had been lying around for a day or two. Absolutely the worst KFC I have ever had! Staff not wearing masks despite current guidelines. Really disappointed

This KFC is the worst. There is always something to complain about. Awful chips, under cooked chicken, items missing etc I have twice complained to head office and they gave me refund vouchers. Avoid! Speisekarte ansehen

Customer service was amazing, staff were very friendly they helped me out as I was having trouble reading the menu. Food was on a different level, I **** LOVE YOUR CHICKEN, MHMM TASTY!!!!!! I will be coming back for sure. #windsorkfcrules

I have order from here on deliveroo, uber eats and in branch and every time something is missing. last 2 times the pineapple sticks in my sons kids meal, I went into branch and even asked to make sure. When I got home not there. I won’t be going here again. The staff are working hard but have no customer service training, all too busy having a chat about last night beers than the guests

Went on the way back from Lego land. A very indecisive family we’re helped by some extremely helpful staff. The food was hot and fresh and we were poked after brilliantly. It’s more of a take away but does have like 10-12 covers. We ate in as we had a long drive home. All of the staff 2 lads with glasses and a lady were very helpful. They made it really easy for us and their recommendations suited us perfectly. Thanks Speisekarte ansehen

The food was absolutely disgusting. It was cold It did not taste anything like what KFC was supposed to taste like The chips were Very Very Small cold and horrible and the bread was stale. The service was less than friendly. The girl behind the counter that served me was as miserable as could be possible. No. smile, no reaction. If I was working there, I think I would have been the same as well. A very unpleasant experience. I certainly would not recommend it.

This restaurant review is a total scam. I ordered delivery through Uber Eats and it came quickly, but that's the only positive thing I can say. I ordered a 6-piece sharing bucket and received 4 legs, one small wing, and one tiny thigh. To make matters worse, two of the legs were ice cold. I'm not sure how this is acceptable, or if KFC even offers breasts anymore. I would never recommend ordering from this place unless you plan on picking up your food or dining in. It seems like they save the cheap or old food for delivery orders because they assume there won't be any complaints. It's a disgrace.

I tried this new restaurant and it was definitely the worst choice. The Chicken Bacon sandwich was the worst I have ever had - the bun was stale, hard, and dry, the chicken was small, dry, and tough, and the bacon was burnt and tough. It was nearly impossible to find any lettuce, and the cheese was grey. A staff member noticed me taking photos of my order and asked if everything was okay. I told him it was disgusting and inedible. He just said okay and walked back into the kitchen and never returned. I ended up throwing most of the food in the bin. Overall, it was the worst food and service experience. Speisekarte ansehen
