"Excellent dinner, two amuse-bouche plates on the house- breaded tuna with wasabi mayo, then a anchovy on cracker. First course sashimi followed by lamb popsicles on spinach. Desert was an Asian inspired bao filled with gelato and salted Carmel. Excellent local Barbaro de Alba followed by local grappa. My friend had a similarly excellent meal. For about 140 euros this was excellent value. Highly recommended!"

"Of this lunch I will remember only the more than two hours waiting to see served the dish we had ordered (we inserted at 12:15 and were the first customers). Some attempts were made to disguise the wait with the entré, the small appetizer and the panificates served in the meantime, which ended up being the substitute of the meal instead of an introduction to the lunch itself. At 14:20 the dishes served were below the average of the territory and did not justify the cost and wait. At the replica of the restaurant we answer: we did not ask to eat on the terrace and we did not order what you support, so your answer is completely out of place. We are not gastronomic critics, but we ate in different restaurants, even stellati, and MAI has undergone such a wait. Sometimes it would be better to simply accept a criticism and apologize for the unacceptable delay."

"Seguendo la guida Michelin, abbiamo deciso di recarci ad Alba in questo ristorante di cucina tipica piemontese che offre per ogni piatto la possibilità di essere arricchito con una grattata di tartufo bianco nero. Menù fisso o alla carta, piatti buoni ma senza infamia e senza lode. Molto buoni i tajarin. Ovviamente il tartufo rendeva i piatti strepitosi, ma avendo provato anche piatti senza tartufo devo dire che non siamo rimasti particolarmente estasiati. Servizio cortese ma assolutamente disattento. Prezzi elevati, ma considerato il tartufo ci sta!"

"bella e moderna locale nel centro di alba cn a pochi passi dalle belle strade e piazze movimentate. quasi un giardino interno... tranquillità cordialità e professionalità del personale. grande preparazione dello chef che utilizza ingredienti naturali o fatti in casa. piatti tradizionali con un outfit moderno. ottimo tutti i piatti. i dolci davvero da provare. ben fornita data la zona anche la cantina.. ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. standard covid rispettati dal controllo passa verde alla disinfezione personale e locale allo spazio. Torneremo."
