Hoy hemos realizado una prueba de menú con Cristóbal, y solo tenemos palabras de agradecimiento y buen trato hacia nosotros. La comida ha estado de 10. Las croquetas exquisitas, el pulpo, el solomillo… todo nos ha encantado. Pero lo mejor ha sido nuestra camarera Micaela, que nos ha ido aconsejando en cada momento y explicándonos cada cosa. Ojalá todos los camareros que pasen por nuestra boda sean como ella, un auténtico encanto.
