We look forward to discovering the beautiful terrace in the spring The dining room is very pleasant, very chic with a very beautiful dishes. Meat level, with a discovery menu, a real treat, taste buds boiling to every new dishes. The staff is perfectly, discreet and very kind. Then the cherry on the cake, the chef comes to meet his guests, and listens to us about his culinary journeys. "Honestly it may not be the best Japanese restaurant of all time but it is certainly the best restaurant in the city, it is excellent! We've been going there for years with my boyfriend and it's always a delight. Besides, they're so adorable. When we returned home, we asked to deliver at 22:45 because we were coming back late and it was there (we were called to see if we wanted to deliver earlier or not. We had to decline because we were on the road. The on-site service is great too, the staff is adorable. Anyway, really to recommend strongly!"

"My husband and I had the lunch menu today. The salade was very nice, the dessert, a chocolade cake from the oven, was burnt on the bottom completely. The staff was not impressed and after a long time waiting I was offered another dessert from the menu. I said a coffee instead would do. And so I got a cup of coffee. My husband did not get o e or was asked if he would like to have a coffee too. A bit dissapointing, for this wasted an opportunity on a good client relation."

"Went there by instinct, while making a short stop in Maisons Laffitte for business. Had a Ti-Punch, a Avocado-Scallops carpaccio, spanish black pork with fried potatoes and vegetables, and could not resist the apricot crumble. All with a glass of recommended Languedoc wine. Great dinner,...all dishes well prepared, wine of great quality/price. One of those places where dinner is simple pure pleasure. I like the selection of dishes on the menu, the selection of wines on the the list. Would go back no hesitation. Such restaurant would do great in RTP/NC area, if the products could be found !!!"

"My wife and I were staying at the nearby campsite. We 'd had a hectic day in Paris and got off the train just before 10pn, we were delighted to see the restaurant still open. We were greeted warmly by the owner. The decor is really nice and authentic very much in the style of English curry houses. Our service was excellent and it was a pleasant surprise to be able to drink Kingfisher beer in France. I had Chicken Vindaloo whilst my wife had Lamb and Mushrooms. Both were very nice and the mear was very tender. If like myself you are used to the 'hotter style ' English curries just mention it and the award winning chef will be pleased to accomadate to your taste. Will be happy to return if in the area again. I titled this 'Surprisingly Good ' because of my only previous experience of an Asian meal in France was nowhere near as good as this."

"Walked in on the spur of the moment which was the biggest mistake. An empty restaurant should have rung the alarm bells! Upon walking in, we were instantly served small glass of something which resembled grapefruit juice, with no advice that it was alcoholic. Luckily...one of the party asked and found it was before the party member who cannot drink alcohol touched it! Mango Lasi drink was beautiful and tasty. Poppadom served at same time as main course which seemed a bit odd, and both arrived very, very quickly after the order was taken. Duck Korma did not taste or look like duck and the sauce was of boil-in-the-bag quality. Chicken Korma had chicken which was very under-cooked and sauce which seemed to be boil-in-the-bag quality. Chicken Tikka was bland but cooked through. Was asked by the waiter about the left chicken korma but when we said it was not liked, he walked away and the korma was not taken off the bill. Couldn’t wait to get out of the place, so asked for bill but was kept waiting while they cleared the table first. All this for 65 euro! Would not recommend this place to anyone and we are praying we do not have food poisoning from the place."
