Very nice setting of style chalet savoyard in a large room. Beautiful decoration. Very good cooking, wanted. Very good service.

The presence of a Master of Hotel Sommelier would be desirable, would enhance the quality of the services and would be in agreement with a 4-star establishment

Everything was perfect. If you had to be pointy, the bathroom linen seems to be changing. We had a great stay and we really had the impression of making a long break. We left rested and sure to come back soon. We have already recommended the establishment to our loved ones.

A pleasant stay in an idyllic setting. Only flat the reception in the evening during the restaurant service leaves to be desired. We were cleaned without cleaning because the staff was obviously busy in the room result we returned our room without being able to take a drink, damage.

A perfect stay, with full access to the SPA. Jacuzzi Outdoor indoor pool Sauna Hammam Silent room ... The restaurant is very refined, the dishes are delicious. There is also a nice wine cellar. This makes it beautiful that we didn't go to a hotel where reality is more beautiful than photos of the net... Very good reception, Service by young people, excellent, Cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel and spa, perfect. We chose the half board formula, it was largely above our expectations both at breakfast and at dinner. I don't know about you, but we'll be back.

Very nice spa hotel. The room had a very beautiful view and the common areas tastefully decorated. Two small hics: last night we were thrown when we asked for a drink because the room service was very complicated, from my point of view, I would have taken the room number and would have reminded the client to ask him what he wanted, no room service on the other hand. And, last detail the bath linen in this case bath towels would deserve to be changed and a refreshment at the indoor spa level as well. Thank you

Very good and beautiful hotel, quality services and very pleasant staff. We regret, however, that we did not reach you by phone before we arrived (9 unanswered calls and you explained that there was a standard problem, which we understand but we arrived at 23 hours because we had trouble finding you, the not very cooperating gps). Moreover, once we arrived in our room, we saw that there was no bottle of water, so I went down to the reception to claim one but you had closed. It's a shame not having a night service at least for that kind of service. In conclusion, we also regret the cost of the supplement for our pet, a small york (which we can hardly see and we never hear) 25 € for the night,... Speisekarte ansehen
