Just recieved my order and all the chips were not cooked, looked like they just dipped them in fryer and pulled them out, raw, soggy and unable to eat. Tried to ring but what a surprise no one answered, will give simonside a miss for a while shocking and disgusted with order

this is one of the better mcdonalds in the opposite order today a simple chicken sandwich panel with hot chocolate. after a short wait, my order received, everything right. the chicken sandwich was hot, fresh and the sesame seed bene was nicely roasted. the fries. were not as good as normal, but still superior to other mcdonalds before location. the hot chocolate was nice.

Ordered via Uber eats. Order was wrong and items missing and when I rang a lassie basically said “well there’s nothing I can do now because youv got your delivery” after complaining she hung up on me after telling me she is the manager and...no one would help me so iv made an official complaint. All that was needed was an apology and a way to rectify things. Not a snotty attitude from a kid. Change your attitude “Charlie”

yes mcdonalds is popular, and this is fair enough and thus the long quids of the cars. decided to park and go instead. the employees are too busy with supplies for the delivery service they have now. minute waiting is not acceptable, especially if I. my turn to order a happy meal for our yr old. there was no toy (a part of the mcdonald’s charm for youthful) and to serve such a blase art and wise and with a pathetic amount of cold chips and nuggets is shameful. rubbish!

Got a veggie burger on Good Friday, it was yuk never again will I go to tower place Macdonald's, up until years ago I would go at least times a week, last year I think I went twice burger was lovely so I thought I go back to Macdonald's again, burger was awful and the fries were cold, the strawberry milk shake taste of nothing in fact the only thing that was lovely was the caramel sundae out of the whole order. I was over the moon, when Burger king open, time I went milk shakes and ice cream machine was off so disappointed there, did have a coffee and it was yuk yuk yuk i'll stick to the shakes. today a family member on the line ordered, collected order and on the return to home the ordered and paid for “Egg and cheese” mcmuffin had no ice or cheese. we live miles away. arrange the spatialities and asked to return to correct the order. what has actually been corrected. no compensator offer for the time and additional costs of the additional return. I would say a offer of a small drink would be a good customer service that happened to other local mcdonalds. check not only the product in the bag is, they open the packaging to check it has the content. Yes, this can slow down the waiting queues, but can save unnecessary time and additional travel costs.

I am totally P_____ off with McDonald's and pretty much every takeaway in the country right now. Went to McDonald's Simonside Just to get a happy meal for my grandson. Was going to go through the drive through but the queue of cars was massive....So the wife said she would go inside for it.
