Mr Woods Cafe - Speisekarte

This cafe is ideal for a coffee with sandwiches, panini and home made cakes yum yum I like the hot pear drink or hot cranberry

Love coming here for a hot drink don’t drink tea or coffee but love the hot pear or hot cranberry they do nice sandwiches as well

Dropped in for coffee and have to say it was the best I’ve had for years. Scones were very good also. Definitely recommend and will visit again.

Went here to have a drink with a friend in the morning. The atmosphere was odd to say the least; nightclub music playing, extremely hot and dark . The windows were steaming up which is a concern given the need for ventilation during a pandemic. Had been an old favourite!

I struggle to find decent coffee in the North East and Mr Woods is one of the few places that do a decent coffee.. I usually drink macchiato but today it was flooded with milk not quite a cappuccino but somewhere in the middle.. Plus this branch does not have toilets!!! Weird Speisekarte ansehen

Superb, apart from the little 'chair monitor ' who made people feel uncomfortable by moving them tables after they were settled. Wouldnt mind but tables people were moved from remained free. Just something stupid that spoilt the experience. Ps, we werent the only people this happened too

We were visiting Tynemouth market on a Sunday and came across this coffee shop. It was a hot sunny day and everywhere was busy but we managed to get a table outside at Mr Woods. You go inside place your order then the waitress brought it out to us. We only had coffee and fruit scones which were lovely but you can also get sandwiches, paninis etc. Will definitely go back here next time we're there.

Myself and my wife use this cafe on a regular basis. On arrival we ordered 1 tea ,1 coffee and a scone its usually 2 scones I presented the lady taking our order with 2 loyalty cards showing that as we had enough stamps between them then we were entitled to a free coffee. She said that as my stamps were not on the same card that i could not have the free drink . Saying that as customers were forgeting to bring there cards and using another one the owner would let let me add the stamps together As i have gained these stamps buy spending my money in this cafe then i feel let down . Surely an explenation of the rules about using these cards in the future and still giving us our entitled drink w... Speisekarte ansehen
