"We served breakfast in this cafe several times; the food was just ok, a few warm options and more cold options, some fruit salad, crepes, typical french pastry and so on. I missed a few more vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers or anything as such), or at least some pickled salads. The coffee is provided via a machine which uses powder milk (or creamer); I myself preferred to take the long coffee from the machine and add some fresh milk (the reslut being less sweet). Fresh orange juice can be produced - by squeezing oranges with a tool provided in the resto. The furniture is in decent shape, tables are cleaned and nicely prepared for meals, the views are great; one can spend a very relaxing moment in this cafe."

Stayed at this hotel the cafe restaurant is good nice food but quite expensive. The drinks are also expensive .

Novotel is budget level but even so I felt this facility was overdue renovation. dark grey and brown were the overwhelming colours and it made everything look dull and in need of brightening up

very simple business lunch, a fried steak salad and a gourmet coffee. perfect cooking of meat and tenderness. A real pleasure. A generous gourmet coffee, nothing to say either. So many restaurants give themselves air with complicated dishes and medium products, the novotel coffee work quality products simply and it is perfect.

Ate here on a recent business trip, only really as it was quick and simple on the day I arrived at the hotel. Pleasantly surprised - service was excellent, food was well cooked and well presented.Mozzarella and tomato, and salmon starters were very good, steak main cooked well, nice ice cream served for a simple but enjoyable dessert. as often in the large hotel chains, the services for the dinatory cocktails in the private lounge are lamentable.To be entitled to eat some rather medium slips, 4 sofas hardly more appetizing and mignardises straight out of the freezer, it will cost you the modest sum of 40€/person.To this, add 9€ /pers for the beautiful aperitif( kecoat) And without forgetting the price of the living room, charged in addition, not far from 400€.For me, this will be the last time.

lack of professionalism and let go surprising for a 4-star hotel restaurant. When we arrived, we met the cook, sitting outside, next to the trash smoking his cigarette. We ordered two menus of the day (Cheese riotto and gourmet coffee for 14 € per person)There was not a lot of people this day and yet, our server was very much mistaken in the addition, we had two gourmet coffees while they were included in the menu. the addition is given to the counter, leaving, so be careful to reread it well before paying.

"We visited Le Chateau des Iles for dinner on March 30, a drizzly, cool evening in Paris. Our hotel concierge made same-evening reservations for 8:30 pm on a Wednesday night and we took an Uber from our downtown hotel, an approximately 15 minute drive for about the same number on Euros. We arrived at the small dock in the park where a ferry boat continually shuttles guests across the lake to and from the restaurant. The ride is approximately one minute! Upon arrival at the restaurant across the lake, you walk through the lower floor bar and upstairs to the restaurant, a rustic wooden lodge. We were warmly greeted on the porch by a large goose who quacked a welcome and shook his tail feathers as we hurried into the warmth of the restaurant. Inside, the hostess seated us quickly and chatted with us about her recent trip to the U.S. and Savannah, one of our favorite cities. Our waiter had just returned from Miami and was eager to share. All servers were friendly and helpful. Our hostess spoke fluent English and was very helpful with explanations of menu items as needed. The menu consisted of several fresh fish dishes- cod, bream, sole and sea bass. In addition, there were steak dishes as well as chicken. When asked about other seafood, like shrimp or scallops, we were told that the "crispy" (fried) shrimp could be ordered as an appetizer or dinner item. Two of our party ordered the sea bass with black rice and one ordered "steak tartare raw cooked" meaning it was cooked to order rather than the usual raw and was served with a cone of fries. Both were delicious and we ate every morsel. The portions were just the right amount, not skimpy and not overwhelmingly large. For dessert, we ordered "profiteroles" or cream puffs with ice cream scoops. There were three of each and just the right amount for three of us to share and finish off a lovely evening. The restaurant was being enjoyed by couples as well as larger groups. Overall, a very mixed crowd of diners. There was no outdoor seating on this evening due to the weather but I am sure that it would be a lovely spot on a clear day or evening. There is a large terrace suitable for enjoying a before or after dinner drink and for soaking in the view of the lake and surrounding park setting. Our total for three entrees with a glass of wine and two beers was approximately 117 euros. We would highly recommend this lovely restaurant while in Paris."
