"Location molto carina e curata. Carta dei vini ricca e approfondita. Cibo assolutamente superlativo: primi di pesce con materie prime freschissime lavorate con sapienza ed accostate davvero bene. Fritto misto di pesce molto buono, antipasti e dolci molto curati e davvero prelibati. Cucina romagnola preparata (con grande sorpresa in modo creativo senza snaturare la tradizione. Servizio attento e gentile. Un posto in cui ritornare, interessante e finalmente non banale nel panorama imolese."

"Whilst in Imola and fed up with bland italian fare we searched for a Chinese Restaurant as something different on offer and came up with Sun and was glad we did. The actual property is situated set back from the main road and could easily be missed. There is parking both at front and back of the block where the restaurant is located so that was a plus. We arrived relatively early considering the time usual Italian restaurants open, this place serves from 1830. On entering the furniture is dated and could put some off and the only reason why the overall score of 4. We decided to stay and was rewarded with excellent food, starting with decent sized spring rolls and going on to Kun Poa a traditional spicey dish with chicken. The flavouring was good and left a tingle after taste and was both spice hot (not overly though) and heat hot. My only criticism would be that we ordered a Cantonese Rice to accompany the main dish. This arrived seperately and was practically cold by the time our main arrived. Can 't be too critical though as this seems to be a running theme with all restaurants in Italy. Finally the staff were very good and the service was quick. Shows how good the food was as by the time we left the place was packed. I also think they do 'take away ' as a number of customer left with bags of food."

"Locale molto bello servizio perfetto. Peccato che nel tavolo di fianco c’era una persona con la divisa dello staff che fumava e il fumo investiva il nostro tavolo. Abbiamo chiesto che ci venisse cambiato il tavolo immaginando che avrebbero chiesto a quella persona di astenersi dal fumare, visto che faceva parte dello staff, tuttavia con mio stupore la cameriera ci ha fatto accomodare su un altro tavolo fuori. Poco dopo, la stessa persona, terminata la sigaretta, ci ha servito l’acqua al tavolo. La cosa che più mi ha lasciato basito e che una volta andato alla casa a pagare il ragazzo alla cassa, dopo aver incassato si è presentato come il gestore aggiungendo che era dispiaciuto della recensione che avevamo messo e che sarebbe stato contento se non mi fossi più presentato in quel locale visto che non è vietato fumare in locali all’aperto. È vero, non c’è un divieto di fumo nei ristoranti all’aperto ma se è un cameriere che fuma e un cliente, senza lamentarsi, chiede di spostarsi su un altro tavolo mi aspetterei che venisse chiesto al proprio dipendente di astenersi dal fumare in servizio. Tornerò comunque nel locale, nonostante il desiderio espresso dal gestore, visto che si mangia bene, sperando di essere trattato meglio."

"I ate in La Hostaria 900, an elegant place that provides a full menu of meat or fish. Orazio Galanti, owner and a lover and promoter of the region and its food, has spent his life among his family’s kitchens and vineyards,. He is passionate about getting and serving the best. He serves D.O.C. (Certified Origin) products, importing from other parts of Italy when necessary. He also is a gifted sommelier. With a few questions, he decided on a wine for me: Red or white? Heavy or light? Still or bubbly? The menu is extraordinary. Its high points are its inclusion of local beef, pork, mutton, and wild boar as well as the extensive selection of local cheeses, and the expert combination of mushrooms, chestnuts, pistachios, and fruit with the many manifestations of handmade pasta, many of which are filled. As an appetizer, I had the crispy polenta bits with Squacquerone cheese. The crispiness of the polenta with the fresh cream cheese was a perfect pairing. The risotto with white truffles and porcini mushrooms that I had as my primo piatto unlocked a world of flavors. My meat dish was a mixed grill of local beef, lamb, and free-range pork. The quality of the meat came across with a clear and penetrating gustatory bang. The pleasure of my meal at the highly reviewed and highly rated Hostaria 900 was only matched by the pleasure of meeting and talking with Orazio. It was a privilege to feel his enthusiasm and dedication to his region and its food."

"On the way back from the holidays, improvised and not discounted stop given the hour (they took us at 14.30, it is not from all... . At the table is all substance, the tradition triumphs among excellent mixed and first spectacular croutons: tortelli butter and sage, tagliatelle with ragù and tortellini in brodo (especially tortelli, well seasoned and proportioned in taste. Well the sweets, better the mascarpone semifreddo. Pleasant and efficient service, average prices."
