yesterday evening and overall was very satisfied with everything. the service was fast and polite. eating was nice and hot. no complaining of us and if again eat in the opposite place.

Lovely evening, delicious wine. Carmen was very helpful when I asked for something to be made off menu. Habibi the chef delivered and it was gorgrous! A really great evening and staff so friendly that I would unreservedly recommend.

Not sure what I expected from a chain Italian but was all a bit meh. The food isn't cheap for what it is and I don't think it was any better than pasta I do at home. It done a job. What I...will say is service was very nice and the kids menu great value for money, Speisekarte ansehen

This was our first meal after the reopening of restaurants, we were taken care of exceptionally well by Sonia who was extremely friendly and helpful from the very begging, the calamari we had for starters was very tasty, and the calzone and Risotto were extremely...tasty as well, we are very happy with the quality of the food and the service, especially from Sonia, We are very happy with our experience here.

Just been to Prezzo in staines. We were served by a lovely lady Sonia. She had good positive energy and even though she was wearing a mask we could see her eyes were always smiling. We were also very impressed with the service provided by...Alex. It seemed there was a mix up with our order and without any hesitation Alex offered us a drink on the house. Even though we did not accept the drink we were very impressed with their service.

Amazing service provided by Sophie from the moment we walked in! We have been offered whichever table suited us the most. After we were sat down Sophie came to take the drinks order in a timely manner. The service was attentive and very friendly throughout....One of the best if not the best I personally received in a long time. Went to Prezzo Staines for lunch. When I arrived I pointed to my favorite table and the Manager said OK. I had the spaghetti Bolanasie which was delicious. I have been eating this all my life, so I know a good spag bol when I...see one. I did have one minor criticism. When the spaghetti was brought there was no spoon provided. I was not sure how I was expected to eat it without having a spoon to twirl the spaghetti against. I was looked after by the lovely Kiara. Message to management, look after her she is good. I will definitely be eating there again.

I was in the week to celebrate the 60th birthday of my friend. she had a good license for a free bottle prosecco, which was a nice start to our meal. our waiter (gabriel, I believe) was very friendly and helpful. the service was excellent and everything we ordered, came fast. some of the articles were not available, but we still had a lot to choose. the appetizers we had were all delicious, especially the garnel and calamari. I had stuffed in Madeira sauce, which was a lttle tasteless, but everything else was not disappointed. we shared two desserts, which were also delicious. the bottle of wine we had at £18.45 was also quite good.

Not just this but ovbiously all the Prezzo restaurants for some reason bumped the prices up. A (non basic) pasta dishes is now £15 compared to £11-12 from 2019. Same for starters. Some are now a staggering £7.90 compared to the £5 they were before....You can find a picture of the then menu in this very page and comparing it with what you paid now. Being hit by covid or brexit DOES NOT give any business the liberty of taking it up with the customer. Unfortunately the quality is not the greatest as well. Pasta is rather tasteless. Plus they didn't have like 50% of the dishes listed in the menu. This was the second time I've been in a Prezzo restaurant... I'm afraid that's it. Speisekarte ansehen
