Ordered breakfast eggs were not cooked properly crispy at bottom and nearly raw on top one of the rashers of bacon was so well done it snapped in half

I went to the restaurant for lunch with my mother. I was disappointed to find out they were out of schnitzel, but I ended up enjoying a Caesar salad while my mother had a panini. The prices were fair and the rest of the menu seemed appealing.

Been here a couple of times now. The owner is very friendly and helpful, the food is delicious and the service excellent.Can highly recommend the Brie, Bacon and Mango Baguette or Pannini. I was dubious at first as I don't like mango but we tried it and are now addicted.

This is a simple cafe serving some great food at inexpensive prices. its an OMB and they work really hard to serve customers with hot tasty food. if you dont want a fry up they have other excellent options including a delicious Greek Salad. a great place to take the girlfriend to eat as long as the wifes not there!

My family visited Boston for the day, and after exploring St. Botolph's, we were hungry for lunch. The Bakehouse gave us a warm welcome and served us delicious pulled pork and pulled beef, along with a fresh salad topped with a fantastic homemade dressing. The owners were friendly and even gave us recommendations for other attractions to visit. We highly recommend this restaurant!

Thought we would try this cafe for a change from our usual place, was very dissatisfied.Ordered breakfast which arrived with cold beans, complained so they did another but returned with the rest of items cold . Decided we did not want anything else so we left ,was going to pay for the drinks but was told just to get out . I have never had to complain about food before but this was not good

We were relieved when we were welcomed into the restaurant with our little dog Rosie, especially in the pouring rain. As long as we agreed to sit in the back room, we were able to enjoy a delicious breakfast. We both opted for the full English breakfast, which was reasonably priced and pleasantly surprised with the generous portion size, quick and friendly service, and tasty food that wasn't greasy or salty. Thank you.

Two seniors who travel to Boston at various times during the year, always call here for breakfast.A very pleasant welcome, and the menu, although it rarely changes, is perfectly adequate. Quality of the food is fine, and everything is cooked to order. Nice to really notice, that although it is an old building the tables etc. are kept beautifully clean. Car parking opposite is chargeable, but nothing silly, and there always appears to be room.

I had never Visited this cafe before considering it has been there for some time now. Me and my friend thought we Would Try something Different for a change, So we both decided to eat at the Bakehouse. We were Welcomed with a warm Greeting from the staff who came to take our Orders straight away. No wasted time... the Food came straight to our table a few Minutes later which was excellent, however, I noticed that Two of our Orders were Wrong, I asked for Brown Bread and recieved White for the Sandwhich. My Friend requested a Strawberry milkshake and he Recieved Chocolate milkshake instead. We Weren't too fussed about this Error as we both Enjoyed what we Had anyway, The Food was Freshly prep...
