Amazing food and Customer Service! Was a bit of a wait but was worth the wait! I had a Honey Glazed Chicken and it was delicious.

Order never arrived, and then no one answered the phone! And I wasn’t issued a refund! Which is odd cause we’ve ordered form here before and this didn’t happen

This was a great food spot, amazing vibes service. The wait was slightly longer than expected but 100% worth it! I really enjoyed the food, absolute 10/10 would recommend! Speisekarte ansehen

Its a nice place to eat. Decent food. But the prices are well over priced compared to many places. Service is pretty slow not as quick . Also portions are fairly small not as filling for the price you pay. Good food but needs to improve on service, portion size and reduce price

First of all the order arrived very late! I was told that the order should arrive within 45 mins instead it came after 1 hour and 40 mins. The cheesecake was half melted and found rocks inside the milkshake, found this very dangerous as small kids were drinking! I ordered 2 scoops of ice cream and only received one. I would not recommend this place to anyone due to having such a bad experience.

I've been here before many times, but not paid a visit for sometime! The aesthetics of the place have definitely seen an improvement which includes the tables and seating! Well done guys! Firstly the food was spot on as it has always been, but it definitely has raised the bar on its quality and presentation. Secondly, the atmosphere was brilliant. Exquisite music sourced from the Middle East and definitely gave it a good vibe! Lastly, staff were brilliant as per usual! Especially as it was busy, they handled it well and kept us entertained! Me and my husband were out for the evening and fancied something different from the usual Bradford dessert places my husband recommended the cocoa lounge. From outside the place looked quite chic. When we went in apart from the seating the decor seemed quite dated and kind of *opened to get by*. We placed our order for two puddings we waited around 20minutes. The waitress that attended to us wasn’t very attentive and not very responsive or made eye contact with me when I thanked or asked for some cutlery for our desserts. Overall I would visit again but few points that I have mentioned would make this business thriving.

Ordered food online from Just Eat. Everything was nice apart from lasagne. It looked disgusting, there was no lasagne sheets, it stunk. I went to shop and asked if I could talk with manager. No one was keen to help, staff called the chef who said that sheets melted, and that’s normal. I said I want refund for lasagne, as I had to throw it away. They phoned shop owner who shouted at me in front of his staff, swearing. Told me to leave the shop and f... off. I’ve asked him why I have to leave it, if he wants he can call police. All he said was “off you go”. So I left. I was with small child, with positive attitude, but got a lot of abuse. Will not leave this like that, as it’s not right to abu...

My Full English was Full if **** We get seated by some very polite staff and they seem to attract very nice patrons. So I was immediately comfortable with the relaxing environment they’ve created. I order my full English Breakfast and my Mrs ordered her Eggs Benedict with a coffee and Vanilla late. We literally waited 30 minutes before the cook decided to inform us that they don’t have any sausages for the full English. Which would have been fine had they told us 20 minutes ago! Anyway. He said he could put chicken strips in my meal instead! *gasp* He said that if they get a delivery of sausages he’ll fry me a couple.
