Lovely friendly village pub, great atmosphere and delicious food.

Lovely old pub, well worth a visit. Food was very good as always along with the service.

Second lunch at the Ferry Inn within four days is a recommendation itself! Another good lunch and the scallops were excellent. Good service and plenty of choice on the drinks front.

The Ferry Inn is located in a charming rural area near Appledore, serving high-quality gourmet food. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. I highly recommend this restaurant in every aspect.

The food was fantastic! Although the atmosphere was a bit plain and noisy, the wait staff was friendly, even if they occasionally forgot things. The delicious food made it all worth it though!

Good to return to the Ferry Inn after the completion of their new kitchen facilities. Pleased to say that as usual a great choice on the Menu along with friendly and efficient service. Highly recommended.

Decent food in a great setting. Been coming for years. Always a friendly place but could do with refreshing menu and sharpening service a bit. Might have been a v busy day though so will give benefit of the doubt.

We had a pleasant dining experience at this lovely country pub with a historical setting. Although our starter was overly salty, we thoroughly enjoyed our main course. The male waiter provided exceptional service and was very accommodating.

The table layout is very tight. There was building work noises coming from the kitchen. The lamb cutlet meal had obviously been waiting under heat lamp for some time before it came to me. It was not freshly cooked. It tasted fairly bland with poor vegetables.
