fantastic and tasty eating. perfectly prepared and perfectly presented. worth a visit or two.

Very imaginative menu with lots of elements that all worked incredibly well together. The food was outstanding.

Can only say that the meal was stunning and the servers James, Ben and Beth were brilliant and couldn't ask for anything more. Great work and keep it up. Will definately return.

Absolutely superb, sometimes its worth paying for something special, and The Lion Phesant is certainly that. Couldn't fault a thing from the moment we walked in till the moment we left nearly 3 hours later. Exceptionally polite and professional staff and food of a standard where rather than a meal one had an experience.

Went here for a fabulous family meal recently. Complex dietary requirements perfectly catered to, the staff were friendly helpful and the food was delicious. It was a special occasion to honour some dearly missed family members who had celebrated significant birthdays etc here and it really was the perfect evening. Thanks to all the team at the L&P!

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and it’s really cute. The staff were also nice. We had a room on the high street and I was still able to sleep which was great. The breakfast was also spectacular! The 4 star are because of the room being quite basic mirror and plug (for hair styling) was in a awkward corner. The cleaning service was also poor not more than 5 minutes went into making our room (just made the bed and cleaned the shower). Floors were left dirty. Overall I would recommend it but make sure you don’t get a room on the ground floor near the parking (my friend got one and she wasn’t impressed)

amazing loved it. booked to jubiläum was never before and was very impressed. my friend is a very fussy eater so asked if we could order the bar menu as he wanted a burger, but that was not allowed to eat in the evening and I am really happy as the steak he had the best steak we ever had. I had a pate parfait star and was blown away. I had the pork bell for pornstars and loved it! very enjoyed our meal and experience here. the atmosphere was very good, the waiters were very attentive and although it was a bit more expensive than our average meal it was worth every penny! highly recommended for special occasions or a tasty bite!

Beautifull hotel, I guess one can call it trendy , but I just don 't understand how they can justify the price £130/night and that most of the time will go to £160 as they run out of entry level ones. So I guess the answer is there because people pay for it! But let 's just make some relevant comparisons Birmingham Grand literally in the heart of the city, brand new, 5* hotel, with all recently decorated rooms to the highest standard is £135 15 for breakfast. Needless to say rooms are air conditioned, fully equipped and genuinelly very posh. Hotel has lifts, has porters and the service is top notch.
