"We booked for the 1st Bussy Saint Georges Class for my daughter and I, located right next to Campanile Bussy Saint Georges to spend time in Disney. We received an email from the first class informing us that we were upgraded to the campanile as well. I was happy because honestly, I prefer the campanile, and in addition, we profit financially since it was 30 euros more. Breakfast was on the other side 3x the price... Arrival on site after the park, first disappointment: I had sent a message to Campanile that had been read!!! to be in the room next to a friend. This one was absolutely not taken into account because she found herself above mine! My request had not been taken into consideration, but the most disappointing is that my message has been read, without having to reply!!! We tried to see if it was possible to make a gesture on the price of breakfast! We had taken the first class because the prices of the night and the very good breakfast and before a day in Disney, we must admit it, nothing better than a breakfast! The categorical refusal to do anything... to the limit it can pass, but they could do something because we didn't ask to stay in the campanile! If this happens to you, you are overclassed to the campanile and want breakfast, I advise you to cancel the resa and resume the first class with breakfast! You will probably have the upgrade with breakfast at the campanile! We had specified 2 people during the reservation and the receptionist had a reservation for 3 ! Therefore, a double bed and a single bed in a small room. No place to go! No small table or office if necessary to paste or other No coffee machine in the hotel The ear is of a ridiculous size!!!! He's MINUSCULE!!! I didn't have a duvet cover, but 1 cloth under the duvet and a cloth on the neck. No heating, fortunately the down was hot because it was cold in the room The bathtub is small, does not intend to bathe The bed mattress is horrible... I felt the springs all night... I slept well! The hotel is very far from the park. You are a 15-minute walk from the hotel's rer bussy Saint Georges and if you want a Uber counts 20 euros from the park to the hotel... : I forgot to talk about hair in the bathtub and I cracked in several places... something positive? Nothing... Even the welcome is cold! Maybe the first class would have been better... my friend already stayed there and confirmed it to me! Thanks to the first class to review its update!! So I advise to pay a little more expensive and go near the parks!"
