"May 2023 update....... Went back for daughters birthday, wish we didn't bother really. Place was busy think staff were sinking fast..... Most the tables around us bad some sort of issue staff were apologising to them. Food was slow, not hot enough drinks orders were just as slow wrong we also waited circa 30 mins for a desserts from when our order was taken? There was a huge party in at the other end which perhaps was demanding a lot of attention. However this shouldn't be at the expense of the remaining paying customers should it?.. Overall hugely disappointed especially as it was for a birthday celebration. Shame as my previous was a 5 star rating. __________ To be honest, was actually better than I expected?.. went there just for somewhere different to try for a change. Everyone really enjoyed the food, staff are friendly welcoming too. Not cheap compared to some, but where is now? I guess you get what you pay for; better than cheap nasty! Would recommend a visit for sure. If I had one criticism it would just be the noise level, there was a party of about a dozen in they put them bang in the centre; right behind us. Clearly they were enjoying themselves but it did become a bit difficult to hold a conversation just across the table,"

This charming restaurant offers delicious pizzas with a thin crust. The salad with goat cheese wasn't very impressive, but the service was excellent.

Food tasty, waiter helpful with 2 young children. Would have been nice if they'd pointed out I hadn't given the right barcode for the discount I'd mentioned. Only reason I went there so probably won't go back.

Chicken Milanese was quite bland and chicken tasted basic. Only flavour was the two bits of spinach. Calzone was good though! Chain restaurant so you know what to expect. Interior is nice and in a historic looking building! Clean and service was good!

Didn’t actually get to dine in, stood in reception area and the waitress walked past me and my partner 5 times without an acknowledgment. Then a manager walks by and asks if we have a booking, we said no and he said they didn’t accept anyone unbooked until after 2pm (it was 1:45pm). Went up the road to Wagamama and had an amazing meal with amazing customer service.

We stopped at Zizzi Winchester for lunch, as we had a gift voucher to use and thought we would treat ourselves. I’ve had many enjoyable visits to Zizzi Winchester over the years I’ve lived in Winchester, and this visit was no exception. The food was great, the staff were very friendly, and it certainly lived up to my expectations. As far as chain Italian restaurants go in Winchester (and we’ve got a fair few of them) I would say Zizzi Winchester is one of the best. If you’re looking for some great Pizza and nice surroundings, it will certainly tick the box.

I had my first Zizzi experience at the restaurant in Winchester. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, assisting us in choosing from their varied pizza sizes. While the back of the restaurant boasted a great ambiance with its high ceilings and natural light, we opted to sit in the front area which was also quite pleasant. I enjoyed one of their cocktails, which was promptly delivered - it almost seemed pre-made, but it didn't lack in taste. Though I can't say if I'll visit another Zizzi in the future, this particular location was more than satisfactory.
