The food was excellent and to my expectations even the staff was very friendly especially nerija and Anita And the drinks were amazing. Made my evening really special

Went for a meal with some friends the staff was amazing and welcoming. One of our party had an allergy and our waiter Anita was so helpful and informative of the allergen process

I went to have dinner today with a £50 gift card and was informed that I couldn't use it on event days. The only event happening was at the arena, which was not even full, while the restaurant was less than half full. Speisekarte ansehen

We dined here after a day out in London. Although the restaurant wasn’t even half full, service seemed slow due to too few waiting staff. Food was good but drinks were a let down. Ordered a cocktail but if it did contain alcohol, it was such a small measure that you couldn’t tell. Disappointing for what it cost.

The shared starters were good, but the main dishes were disappointing. The pizzas were not up to par and two members of our group ordered the same chicken schnitzel meal but received different versions. My special tagliatelle with mixed seafood had overcooked pasta, which the manager acknowledged and deducted from the bill. However, the meal should never have been served like that in the first place. I had to cut off the rock-hard pasta, which spoiled the dish for me. Our original server was excellent, but it seemed like she went on a break and the others were slower in their service.

So the place wasn't that busy everyone had left for a concert. Ordered Arancini and chicken milanese. Sparking water asell so not too much of a test well so I thought. First to arrive water lemon and ice in glass large bottle of water at room temperature which meant more ice needed maybe no fridges. Then to arrive arrancini we'll I was shocked they were smaller than I've ever and tasteless would not recommend those. Then the chicken milanese which eas served with fries carrots and bay leafs. I was amazed I thought it look liked a findus meal and most probably the latter would of been better. So £36.00 spent on a meal for one would be better to have gone to Mcds. Come on Zizzis . It all started well with the shared platter which was delicious however when the main pizzas came the waitress gave us back our used knife and fork and serviettes and said we could use them again ! then when we asked for a jug of water we were given two glasses held around the rim my pizza pepperoni and mushroom had 7 slices of small pepperoni and 3 mushroom slices a hole in the centre my husbands which was little piggy was so over cooked the pork had become crackling the manager ?? and staff were no where to be seen or to complain to when we got the bill they had added the 10% service and when I asked to take it off I was questioned why !! I was extremely unhappy with the service at this restaurant. Despite being part of a large group, we expected the service to be a bit slower. However, our server asked if we wanted our mains and starters to come together, we agreed, but they did not arrive together. One person in our group had to wait ten minutes for their salad, while others in the restaurant were served before us. We had to repeatedly try to get the server's attention. The service charge of £16 was excessive, especially given our dissatisfaction. Booked for a preshow dinner. As we had an allergy we were told to order on the app. Which was fine I'm computer savy so was easy for me but can imagine been harder for others. The drinks were delicious and quick to arrive but the food was not. The starters came out staggered, and the little souls breads were over cooked. The starters plates were not cleared and the mains started to arrive again staggered which was not good.
