"So yes it is true, Nora (the manager is very friendly and welcoming at first but be careful not to dare the criticism of what she has served you, because she could send you her son (who will present himself as the manager to take care of you on a despicable, threatening tone. I explained: I ordered a chicken panini and a chicken tajine with olives for 4 people, all to take away. After 3/4 waiting hours, I made the mistake not to check my order. Arrival at home (I live 20 km from the restaurant, what a bad surprise!!! Instead of a tajine, I discover with stylist 4 plastic barrels in which a white rice occupied two-thirds of the container, accompanied by a very fat chicken thigh, with a background of barely existing sauce, some green olives and slices of lemon... The whole parsley of parsley! A real insult to the original oriental dish: see by yourself the photos taken... Chicken was fade and rice without flavors. I'll tell you that my guests ate only a little rice by politeness. As for the panini I wanted with very little sauce, it was filled with mayonnaise and hurt my stomach in the evening. After this disappointment, I decided to look at the note (57 euros anyway! and I realized that there was a surcharge. Indeed, 12 euros per person for the tajine and 3.50 euros the panini, it would have cost me 51,50 euros. The next day, I decided to call the manager to let him know, she explained that the prices on the menus were not up to date as a result of the increases! She then asks me if "it was with the Tajines?" I took advantage of it to tell him very politely that it didn’t match the photos on their site and menu. What she told me, without any discomfort, that she had warned me that there would be a “competition” of rice and that I had to accept his proposal from him EMPRUNTER a traditional dish to have a real tajine: so without rice, with more sauce and a nice presentation! This is a comment... At the end of the conversation, where I felt it more than vexed, she offered me a refund of 4 euros if I moved (40 km back, why I had not wanted to borrow her dish. The best remains to come: 1h later I receive a call from this restaurant and this lady tells me: "I'll pass you the manager." On the other end of the line, a man on the phone who, without even greeting, asks me on an authoritarian tone: “Have you had a problem with my mother?!” before resuming and telling me on the same tone: “I am the manager! Did you have a problem with my cook?!” (RIDICULE . Well, the question was for form, because after that I no longer had the right to speak. It followed an avalanche of aberrant reproaches and “explanations” of style and I quote: “when you go to the mac do and the fish net is not good, you will certainly not complain!” (ah right? and am I in a fast food? . Finally, he called me: “I am not the army of salvation!” Forgive me but 57 euros for a “pas” of this quality, I had not doubted for a second. I had to hang up to stop this masquerade. Anyway, if you go there especially: smile and... smile! How can we prove so little professionalism and pretend to be restaurateurs...??? Sorry but susceptibility does not have its place in this profession."
