"I decided to call this breakfast experience a "surprise" because it seems that the items and portions vary depending on the day. Last week, the breakfast included 2 slices of bread, a square sausage, 3 rashers of bacon, beans, 2 pork sausages, eggs, and a tattie scone. However, this time it was just a slice of toast, half a square sausage in a triangle shape, mushrooms, 3 bacon strips, 2 sausages, and eggs. The price has increased from £8.25 to £9.95 under the new caterers, with less food on the plate. You still receive coffee or tea, but refills are not allowed. For the same price of £8.25, you can get a brunch with unlimited amounts of cereal, fresh orange juice, rolls, French toast, coffee, tea, bacon, sausages, eggs, mushrooms, and beans elsewhere. Hopefully, the new caterers at Kirrie Golf Club will improve their offerings in the future, as this is a golf club with members who can be quite picky."
