"Mezzaluna is a gem in Arras. I ordered the creamy pasta and mushroom, and red smoothie, and they were gorgeous in my mouth. The staff was friendly, helpful, and kind. Some of us spoke a bit of French, some of us did not. So the staff helpfully offered the menu in English as well (saying that the owner used to teach English a detail of the trip which I found sweet). I ended my culinary experience here with the cheesecake and a big smile on my face. Thank you Mezzaluna!"

"Very nice decor on the prettiest place in the city! Home ok (for a reservation outside impossible) that turned into a very good service. We have taken a board of the sea to share: good but not transcendent salmon, terrine ok (a little aqueous), very good shrimp and salicornes. We then ate excellent tempuras (beignets) of Saint Jacques with their sauce (mayonnaise but not home) and salicornes AND a cannelloni of salmon pounded to the avocado (a bit disappointing and almost misleading) with its beet-back. The desserts were a success: a sumptuous revisited tiramisu (specolos and chicory) and a strawberry soup with its ice! Despite a somewhat high price, I recommend Passe Pierre, especially to change traditional regional dishes, good but a little too rich, and to discover dishes adapted to the ingredients of the North..."

"Food was wholesome but not especially interesting. Expected more creativity from the description. Vegetable soup tasted mostly of carrot and little else. The spinach terrine was adequate, but lacked any zest. The veal curry likewise. The poisson del jour with a moutarde sauce was very nice fish but overall, the dish did not have much flavor. Best were the side dishes--some black beans and something else that were very hot in temperature (unlike the fish) and with a bit of flair. The lettuce served with all dishes was high quality, but a bit heavy on the rather boring dressing."

"We came as part of my husband's birthday thanks to a groupon offer. we were able to have a dessert dish with a choice between two entries, two dishes and three desserts. Excellent qualité / prix, bien situé sans la cohue des places.Je recommande vivement, d'y aller, mais surtout de réserver avant."

"L'Anagramme est une très belle adresse autour d'Arras avec des produits frais et de qualité. Nous avons pris la formule avec comme entrées : un cappuccino de champignon avec un œuf poche et pour ma part des wraps d'effilochés de procs épicés. Les deux recettes étaient parfaitement cuites avec une préférence pour le cappuccino. Pour le plat, nous avons pris de l'agneau avec une purée maison et des lingots blancs avec une sauce à l'agneau et pour ma part, un file de bœuf Rossini avec une galette de champignon et des frites fraiches. Une petite préférence pour la viande de bœuf qui était très tendre et de bonnes frites au gras de bœuf. Pour le dessert, nous avons pris un Paris-Brest à la pistache et un Tiramisu. Les deux desserts étaient très bons. Je trouve que la note de 4/5 est sévère car nous avons eu un sans faute du début à la fin avec des plats . Nous y retournerons sans hésiter !"

"I came with my father Ricard and blackcurrant aperitif a nice little bite was offered to us but I would have liked to have some peanuts that I saw from my seat in a plastic box because the wait was long even though there weren't many tables to serve my father had andouillette arras, mustard sauce and andouillette good 15.50€ a regret for the fries, fine and frozen ones for a restaurant called the cellar of flavors too bad... we are the potato region I see that others had salad, dad had some kind of rocket leaves cooked in the shape of a thread I took lamb shank, we agreed to exchange the flageolet beans for very good green beans, the little mouse good as well as the sauce, the small potatoes good but 3 small potatoes I found that stingy, I was still hungry for a 22€ dish I had to sauce it with bread I told myself it would be better to eat a starter if I went back The setting is nice the atmosphere was full of regulars with whom the boss spoke, we didn't feel the heat, we were just there at the bill we were not asked if it was even when we were eating we were not asked they didn't ask us if we wanted a coffee, a dessert, I think we had to leave... but it doesn't matter, we didn't want any it would be perfect with real fries at least 5-6 pdt of shot given their sizes. flavor does not mean smallness for those who have “normal” hunger I recommend taking starter, main course and dessert or go to the St Germain restaurant next door where we are well served (the ribs tip top! I think I would go back but maybe one evening to eat light is better or by taking the menu I give the average for the kitchen and the service because I believe that we need to improve these points which can be very easily corrected to have a 5"

"The Palermo, a restaurant in the center of Arras that is well placed to finish a day of stroll on Arras. It is part of the restaurants with a cellar that is very appreciable because original. It changes the version made. For the rest of the meal and the most often expected dessert. To pass the order we had to appeal to the staff after a long wait... a little had this feeling of being forgotten. Once the order is made. I tried the homemade shotamisu with speculos. Too bad the biscuits on top is totally soft.. piur the tiramisu the flavors are in there are together. Maybe just to my taste too liquid and not enough the taste of the speculos. Ce n'était pas la première fois qu'on venait mais la en était clairement déçu je ne reviendrais plus à fuir..."
