"We had lunch at the brasserie this Saturday, December 23, 2023 and we received a magnificent and smiling welcome. The dishes are delicious and plentiful, for a really reasonable price. The chef even suggested that my wife add steamed vegetables with her fish soup. This brasserie is one of the restaurants that left an impression on me. "The kitchen is excellent, fresh and local products. We had dinner on the ground. We were close, between a big, very noisy tab and a table with a great dog who barbed several times. It ruined us a little bit our evening. A perfect service."

"Stopped for a lunch here in December (2014) by chance. Had passed it often but not stopped before.Looks just like a café / tabac but has a room for dining. Ate there because the motorway was congested and came off to get some food. Not the best looking restaurant in France but surprisingly, I had my best fish meal ever - not just in France but anywhere!This was the main course of a set menu (cod in a white wine sauce with rice - on it's own very good, but served with garlic mussels and sundried tomatoes - took it to another level.Reasonably priced with good service (husband and wife) and nice wine.Turned what had been a miserable day - Calais dock workers on strike (again!!) which delayed us followed by a snarled-up motorway (stretching for miles), into a memorable one.Needless to say I will go back and would recommend others to try it."

"Correct meal, no more and in an important noise: the tables of 2 people are in the middle of large tabs, our table was close to 3 large tabs of 8-10 people each, while we had booked and there were free tables at the bottom of the restaurant, quieter. Unpleasant experience so. We're not coming back."
