We chose the first tasting menu, the initiation, super refined dishes from the first to the last course with a balance of flavors and a surprising search for ingredients, like the variety of cooking techniques used. Perfect wine pairing, friendly, pleasant and absolutely professional and capable service. Also very well thought out furniture. The nice and friendly chat with the chef at the end of the meal was also very welcome. Definitely coming back to try the other two tasting menus.
