"We came across this place on a Monday evening and went in mainly because there was a good band playing. The waiter was pretty moody and told us they were only doing tapas and refused to give us a drinks menu, although other people seemed to be getting other food. Anyway, we ordered a cheese platter and the seafood platter, along with house red wine and 1664 beer. The food was good and all the other staff were friendly and attentive. Also had an ice cream dessert and a coffee. Good value - you pay up front so no need to wait for the bill."

"Ended up walking out as we sat down wanting to order food and the waitress started shouting 7 o’clock at us. It was 10 minutes to 7 so we assumed she was saying that we could not order until 7pm. No problem, 10 minutes is hardly a hardship. Then she came over and started shouting again and getting frustrated. We got up and left as she started swearing at us. We still don’t know what the problem was. Around 4 other tables were in the restaurant so there were plenty of other tables available to sit at, it can’t have been fully booked. There were knives and forks set out so they must have been serving food. Yes there was a language barrier but we were not going to pay to eat somewhere where someone was so rude to us."

"As we were due to pick up the boat the next day we went in search of a restaurant in Villneuve les Béziers after checking in at Les Anges Gardiens. Not having booked, that was not an easy feat. We finally settled a bit disapointed mind you for a Pizzeria on the side of the canal, just downstream from the bridge and locks. Good honest food. Nothing to die and go to heaven about but very enjoyable. Now noone will believe that the Pizzas came two (2) minutes after ordering and the steak and seches two minutes after that. I have no idea how they did it. But after a 14 hour trip (don't ask) we were famished, so they get full extra marks for that. Good start overall to our adventure though."

"very good dishes but service more than mixed. warm welcome, shipping service, we barely have time to finish that the server comes to remove the plates while I'm still chewing. I'm making him notice, but he doesn't seem to care. The server doesn't even know how to explain the dish it serves us and doesn't even try to find out. the room manager pulls the trunk from the beginning to the end, and apparently when you take a menu you should not change the dessert because the cook went away and everything went up ahead. It's a shame this lack of professionalism because the dishes are excellent, don't go for the service."

"on the return of the holiday, we decided to stop at beziers, and we spotted this establishment on tripadvisor. What a beautiful discovery, quiches are original, generous, served with mixed salad, smoked salmon bagel, cucumber and cream cheese a delight. for the children we took a cocoon of the day (polet gratin of potato cooked home, moreover everything is homemade!) I wanted to taste cheesecake for dessert, but it's so successful that there were no more! the welcome is warm and commercial (a bottle of Evian offered on the 2 ordered) in brief, a great address!"

"Had lunch today at Le Petit Viennet. This is a very small restaurant very close to the cathedral in old town of Beziers. The service was very friendly and polite, the food delicious I had the goats cheese salad and my husband had fish and chips all freshly made and generous portions. The restaurant is small so feels personal and yet easy to watch the world go past and to visit the beautiful cathedral afterwards. Would definitely recommend."

"We discovered this place while cycling the canal du midi, having chosen not to stop at a very modern place right on the canal near Béziers, we were hoping to find ‘a little gem’ instead! We really lucked out, this shady garden next to the canal where you can watch the boats go by, was the perfect place to cool off and refuel with a fabulous lunch. We were a little sweaty and grubby having cycled 11 miles before arriving but were welcomed and seated. The lady was very busy so there was a little wait to be served, but it was worth it, huge delicious salads with chicken, prawns, cheese and tasty dressing, with a basket of the best bread we’ve had so far this trip. One of our party chose the burger which disappeared from the plate pretty quickly too! Cafe gourmand as dessert came with to die for chocolate mousse, a home made and heavenly Madeleine and a fresh fig with Chantilly cream. A perfect finish to a really lovely dining experience we very much recommend."

"Service was extremely slow in coming, 20 minutes to be given menu and about that again before our order was taken! Food arrived quickly but not all that we ordered. Did get white wine but red wine never came. As only one person serving, we could not attract her attention . Disappointed as reviews and recommendations were so promising. "A lovely restaurant with a Spanish flare, a little difficult to find on the back side of the covered market, Les Halle's. The plats were excellent, probably the best Canard Margret (duck breast) that I have ever eaten. It was full of flavor and very tender and accompanied by a red wine and cherry reduction sauce. The steak with morrel mushrooms was absolutely wonderful, melt in your mouth tender. They also had a very tasty monkfish that we tried. The wine list was extensive and we were able to sample a full bodied red from Le Clape."

"I've been there since they opened (about 16-18 years ago) and I've been used to eating bio since my childhood. At first, I was delighted, but I went there only for some products. fruits and vegetables are frades, most often thorns. It's simple, I don't have any more things (there are organic local producers 1000 times more greedy). frankly the their or auchan bio is the same (and auchan is less expensive). the cross-sectional brand goodterre is a catastrophe, every time I tried a product of this brand I was very disappointed. run. bread is not terrible, much better in biocoop or in the organic bez market. idem cheeses. the Zen marketing side is exacerbating (back music and various mood tours for bobo). on the other hand there are qq good points: a fairly wide range of grocery stores, so perfect troubleshooting between two great approvovisions by internet. more expensive than on the internet but cheaper than biocoop I speak to identical products (tickets in support) of schedules and access well."

"Hungry for a better lunch than a sandwich so gave Buffalo Grill another try ... Same for me again Salmon steak, as I'm not keen on red meat and chicken didn't cut it. But sadly it wasn't included in the menu deals, my partner went especially for the ribs and again not included in the menu deals:( Taste of the rib sauce wasn't great, not spicy as we expected and ordered. Got some complimentary salads and popcorn with absolutely no taste on it, not even a pinch of salt. For beer we wanted pints as we had these there before but got it bottled. Jacket potato was rather dry and no butter in whole restaurant, neither oil. Not exactly impressed. Food was average and since we didn't want to spend more than 40 Eur had nothing else and good we are not big eaters. Not sure how many of these chain restaurants we will try in the future but definitely not soon."

"the great glacier is one of our favorite restaurants for lunch when we go to beziers in business or in store. at the top of the paul riquet alley near the municipal theatre, the glacier is a small place with most of its seats outside. this pleasant setting is an excellent service and wonderful well-made and hearty dishes. these dishes to the glacier are direct and direct - authentic - but each is served with a special escape. The last time we ate there, my wife had a goat salad that was a great salad topped by a large round of fresh cheese. I had a "Ice-style burger" which was a delicious beef ball that was red enough to be almost a steak tartar. This burger was served with green and fried beans and the burger sat on a slice of bread and was garnished with a small gratin of potatoes. The daily formula includes a glass of wine and a coffee served with some tasty dessert pastes. Given the combination of tasty dishes, a good service and a lunch formula to (about € 12 ) at the great glacier, it is one of the best prices for your money on the alley."

"pitiful service !!! 45 minutes to serve cold dishes (2 salads and a tartare) and not all at the same time .s not to mention that salads come and do not match the title ! So my father ate alone and my mother and I afterwards. half of the ingredients are missing in the salads!We really didn't enjoy this meal! the drinks under 35° were not fresh,Didn by twice ice cubes! ! we still wait for them and the water too . the only positive point the hyper embarrassed boss made us settle only the drinks fortunately ! Don't go!"
