It takes time to advise you, answer your questions and is beautiful trees, a pleasure! The dishes are served in a reasonable time, small negative point on the rosé that has not been served quite cold. With regard to the dishes and desserts they have all been excellent, the cooking of meat parts with wood fire is perfect and the quality is well felt. Choice sauces served with meat are very good (material and mustard old in our case). Seasoned potatoes with vegetables and others are delicious.
