"I found myself in Scotland and managed to secure a last-minute reservation at the Red Skye Restaurant, which was probably the final one available for the day. The tomato and smoked paprika soup of the day was, by far, the best tomato soup I have ever tasted. The steak and chips were perfectly cooked and portioned. The older diners enjoyed scallops, salmon, and lobster, all of which were amazing. The service was impeccable. Overall, it was the best dining and culinary experience I've had in a long time. I would 100% recommend this restaurant."
