"The welcome station was not manned and there was about a 10 minute wait. We were directed to a table, but then the host was told that our booking had been changed to a small room because it was quieter. It was ok but turned out to be tight and everyone had to get up when when of our party needed to go out. It also had a door (whose paint was very worn). Staff kept coming and going through this door which didn't seem very professional. The meal service was fine and so was the food. Nice choice. However, the salad bar hadn't been replenished. This happened after I returned to my table and couldn't get out again without my guests moving. The 40% discount was appreciated. i did mention that it was a birthday meal but there was no acknowledgement of this a missed opportunity!"
