"Da Vittorio is one of the few Michelin restaurants with maximum rating. My high expectations were met. I had a mixed menu with seafood and all the courses were perfect in the sense of Antoine de Saint Exupery: Perfection is not achieved if you can no longer add anything, but if you can't take anything away.
