"We were seated straight away as you should be. After minutes the waiter came to take our order and drinks order. After minutes the drinks arrived. Wrong drinks, one of which had had a mouthful taken out of it by someone with a...very big mouth. After spending minutes trying to catch the waiters eye a different one came to change them. minutes later the food arrived. Chilli con carne reconstituted stodgy. Inedible. Disgusting. The wife’s dish of fish and chips wasn’t much better. Nobody came to ask if the meals were satisfactory but when, after a further minutes they came to remove the dishes, we asked for the bill which came within seconds. They spoke English when they sat us down and took our order but, funnily enough, didn’t speak English when we tried to complain. Just the typical Gallic shrug. Don’t go there. Don’t waste your money. It’s disgusting. I’ve had to put a rating of star only because trip advisor don’t have a minus rating"
