"If you’re driving around Etna, it’s worth seeking this gem of a place! We had amazing pasta for lunch here: Pasta alla Norma was wonderful and the creamy Pappardelle with Pistachio and Burrata is simply out of this world. Service was swift and super friendly. The restaurant has a nice terrasse but it’s equally comfortable and beautiful inside as well. Quick note: pizza is only served at night."

"Last night a nice family dinner where we again tasted the sicilian cuisine. In a quite alley in Castiglione di Sicilia this nice restaurant can be found. Great taste and nice portioneren too. We would certainly recommend Ristorante Sine Tempora. During the meal you will indeed won’t think about time."
